We accept payment via credit card on-line or pay in the studio with a card or cash.

We encourage signups for classes in advance if possible but do welcome drop-ins.

Pre-registration is required for all special events and guest teachers.

Vinyasa

Connect to your body in this 60 minute flow class linking breath and movement. Each session will include standing and seated postures, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, and inspiration from the world around us. Options and modifications will be offered for all levels through this lively moving meditation.

Morning Yoga Flow

Start your day with a 60 minute morning flow of standing and seated postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, we will connect with our bodies and the changes around us. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels.

Midday Vinyasa Flow

Join Brianna for a vinyasa flow designed to help you recharge and refocus. This 45-minute noon class combines gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and flowing movements to release tension, boost energy, and clear the mind. Perfect for all levels, this midday practice will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to take on the rest of your day with renewed clarity and calm. 

Power Vinyasa Flow

This 60 minute vinyasa flow will connect your breath and movement together while building your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Through focusing on the breath and movement of your body, you will find that your mind begins to ease. The class will include sweaty flows, repetitive movements, and moments of relaxation.

Modifications and props will be available to make this class accessible to all levels!

Strengthen and Sculpt

A pilates-style class designed to strengthen and tone your muscles. Using a combination of body weight moves, light dumbbells, and resistance bands, we’ll focus on low-intensity, controlled movements that target key muscle groups for toning and definition. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will help to sculpt and build lean muscle. 

Strengthen and Sweat

Get ready to build strength and break a sweat in this moderate-high intensity class that combines strength training with heart-pumping interval training. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and resistance bands, we’ll target major muscle groups and boost metabolism with short bursts of cardio. This class is designed to increase both total body strength and endurance while focusing on form and control. Modifications are offered all along the way, both to adjust intensity level as well as offering low impact options, making it accessible to all fitness levels and abilities. 

Yoga Barre Fusion

60 minutes of intentional guided movement combining slow flow yoga and barre. Class will be on the mat movement focusing on flow, presence and muscle strengthening using low (or no) weight and repetition. Class will be paced steady and slow with focus on alignment to build strength and connection between body and mind! There will be plenty of space to modify, time to warm up and time to rest.

Gentle Yoga

Relax and unwind in this weekly nourishing, gentle yoga class offered by Jess. A great space for beginners, healing bodies, and seasoned practitioners! Begin by connecting with your seat of awareness through guided breath work and a blend of traditional yoga postures combined with slow movement. The final portion of the class will involve props for 2-3 restorative yoga poses. 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, mediative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, including ligaments, joints, bones and fascial networks. Long held poses (3-8 minutes) connected with breath support, aid to build flexibility, reduce physical tension, and built body awareness. In yin yoga, we relax the muscles in order to stress the joints to increase mobility. Accessible to all levels, yin yoga is the perfect complement to any yoga practice.

Yoga and Weights

Yoga and Weights blends all of your favorite and familiar yoga poses with light weights, straps, repetition,  and a lively playlist.    Classes will include seated, standing,  and reclining poses and end in relaxation.  Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels.   Light weights will be provided or students may bring their own.    

Hatha Yoga

This hatha yoga class emphasizes holding postures with intention, creating space to connect with your body and calm your mind. Expect a slower pace with opportunities to build strength, increase flexibility, and develop focus. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, this class offers a welcoming environment to reset, realign, and recharge.

Awakening in Person Flow/ Awakening Virtual Flow

 Start your weekend off with an hour of mindful movement in person or join virtually from home. Students of all levels and abilities can experience energizing movements, breath work, meditation, and insightful readings to awaken and inspire you as you start your day.
